Experience on Servicing Designing for Salesforce Joint Business Planning required
Product/service vision alignment to overall org objectives
Domain Knowledge
Facilitate design thinking sessions/brainstorming
Conduct user research and market analysis to situate a service in context Interview users to understand context and behavior (As-is mapping)
Identify barriers and limitations to place things in perspective (practical realm)
Create user personas and empathy maps to ensure a frame of reference
Rapid prototyping to validate design ideas
Manage and drive user testing to evaluate user experience
Design and roll out user surveys to gain continuous feedback (looping them forward)
Analyze data to derive insightful insights and recommend success metrics / KPIs
Drive sponsor user engagement to validate design ideas (fail fast approach)
Perform heuristic evaluation to identify improvement areas for enhanced user experience.
