What will you do with us?

  • You will project manage or participate in assignments to, through service design processes, develop the experience of services and organizations based on the needs and context of people – users, customers, patients, residents, employees, management, etc.
  • You will work with colleagues across our offices and in close dialogue with our clients. Sometimes you can sit in place with a customer to strengthen their internal development work.

Who are you?

  • You are sensitive and genuinely curious about people and their needs, experiences and conditions.
  • You start by, as a lead or part of a team, tackling complex issues to make them understandable and inspiring to work with for our customers, their customers and employees.
  • You are used and confident in pursuing open, exploratory and co-creative processes that involve many different perspectives.
  • You master well-established methods and tools for service development in the various phases of the design process, while you can also create creative contexts that involve the whole person – thoughts, feelings, senses – to activate and engage people in the design process.
  • You have the ability to pedagogically in both visual and written expression communicate insights and results partly as support in taking the process forward, partly in delivery to the customer.
  • You have experience of the consulting role or other experience of the conditions in a business.
  • If you also have a wide network and get energy from creating new business opportunities, that is a plus.
  • It is also a plus if you have experience of and interest in change management, with which we refer to the implementation of the solutions or changes that our work generates.

To fit into the role, we believe that your experience looks like this:

  • You have a degree in design, cognitive or behavioral science.
  • You have worked with service design for at least 3 years, preferably with a connection to care, nursing, community building or industry.
  • You are fluent in the Swedish language – both orally and in writing – and master English at at least a very good level.
