Service Designer

Do you like to create service strategies and designs? Do you thrive when challenged by complex contracts, evolutions and customers? As a Service Designer you enable Cegeka in taking a next step in enforcing its position as mature outsourcer and managed services provider.

What you will do:

• Create service architectures & define service frameworks
• Setup the governance, process structures, service levels, standard strategic and operational services, service positions, aso.
• Create managed services in Hybrid Cloud, Digital Workplace and Cyber Security from the service point of view
• Be the contact point for the business in transformational projects such as a creation of a service desk, setting up strategic workforce management and modernization of operational processes
• Lead the process of gathering, prioritizing and translating business requirements towards our digital factory as we have an ambitious plan to digitize our services toward our customers
• Interact with customer teams, product management, operational teams, thus aligning with all parties involved

What you need to succeed:

• You are service obsessed and technology eager
• You have a thorough practical experience in service design of IT environments and/or organizations, preferably IT outsourcing infrastructure related
• Knowledge of process and service frameworks such as ITIL and SIAM is a must
• Entrepreneurship is in your DNA and therefore you can work strategically, analytically and conceptually
• Thanks to your empathy and persuasiveness, you can not only stay high level, but are also able to bring theory to practice
• You are a very good communicator and result driven
• You are a real team player who can also work autonomously
• You have an excellent knowledge of English – knowledge of other foreign languages such as Dutch and/or French is a plus
