Service Designer Senior Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Will oversee the entire creative design cycle of all digital products, from inception to launch
• Work closely with Digital team to execute organization\digital initiatives and strategies including but not limited to, development of product and service life journeys.
• Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with product managers, developers and research teams from an end to end process
• Conduct creativity workshops, user surveys to address UI, UX enhancements or issues
• Design end to end user interfaces that simulate a system behavior through a user’s perspective
• Consult with internal and external stockholders to understand goals of defined services and conduct research against them
• Conduct usability testing against designed service
• Analyze user feedback and activity, then proposing enhancements to the user experience
• Create wireframe, prototype (hi-fi, low-fi), storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
• Develop personas and usage scenarios
• Assist in content development and proof-writing for all digital products
• Asist in the user acceptance testing (UAT) of the product with the BA to ensure the functionality and capability of the product, the adherence to business requirements, UI, UX and the customer acceptance of product
• Asist in requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
• Contribute to establishing software quality standards for life cycle, documentation, development methods, testing, and maintenance
• Perform other duties as required by the leadership
• Cascade section plans into targets in order to ensure seamless operations
• Prepare reports and assist the leadership as requested in decision making

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IS, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or any relevant field is preferable

Professional Experience:

• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Professional Certification related to software development cycle, product management, business analysis, agile development, CX, UX, UI
