Service Designer

Advocating for user-centric, simple, elegant design

Driving user research to uncover insights, craft personas, and map experiences across the portfolio

Ensuring experience ecosystems and service maps are consistent, desirable and efficient across channels

Driving concept and user testing to iteratively validate and improve solution design

Ensuring design in development aligns to moment of delight framework and Saudi brand standards, and

pushing to create or update these standards where appropriate

Collaborating with cross functional team leadership to ensure designs are feasible to implement

Tracking visitor experience metrics and reporting on the success of VX improvements

Providing key insights from understanding of tourism industry, destinations, attractions, etc…

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university

At least 6 years of experience in mapping out user experience workflows, design thinking, user research, experience design, rapid prototyping, and user testing

Service design, experience design and data visualization skills, including use of a diverse set of software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Invasion, Sketch, and others)

Prior experience in tourism industry is a plus
