Service Designer Specialist

We are looking for Service Designer Specialist for an opportunity with one of the top global consulting firms to work on a project in KSA.Location: KSA.Project Duration: 1 year subject to extension.Years of experience: 5-10 years.Requirements:

• Having proven experience in Service Design Management.
• Being Design-Driven and User Centric.
• Having the ability to plan and execute User Research and extract Insights from it.
• knowing how to design a User Journey Map.
• knowing how to design a Service Blueprint and prepare it to be presented and delivered to the client.
• Having consulting experience is a huge plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
