Senior Service Designer

As Senior Service Designer, you will lead the Human-Centred Design workstream of the Experience Design team – an in-house team delivering human-centred content strategy to produce best in class products and services to meet the needs of Sysdoc clients. You will be responsible for all aspects of workstream management including motivating and inspiring team members to deliver a high standard of work, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.

Human Centred Design (HCD) is an attempt to develop design systems that aim to make it accessible and useful for the targeted users by focusing on them, their core needs, problems, and requirements and by applying humanised factors like human psychology, usability, accessibility knowledge and techniques.

Requirements

• You have 6+ years of relevant professional experience (UX, Product Development, User Research, or other);
• You are fluent with different design and research processes and can adapt your process to the task at hand;
• You are familiar with agile principles and can apply an agile mindset to your work. You can work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and use an iterative method and flexible approach to enable rapid delivery.
• You are familiar with tools like Figma, Adobe (Xd, Illustrator), and Miro (or similar);
• You are driven to provide the best possible user experience;
• You are a logical thinker who enjoys the challenge of translating user inputs into product outputs, no matter how complicated that can be;
• You are naturally empathetic and are equally skilled at both asking questions and active listening;
• You are an excellent communicator (both verbally and written) who can build relationships with people from different professional backgrounds;
• You are fluent in English, even if it’s not your first language.
