As a Service Designer you will work within a team to develop end-to-end design perspectives for our automotive and mobility clients. On any given project, you’ll be working with a talented team of designers and technologists to deliver client-ready concepts, maps and strategies at the highest quality.

You should be passionate, curious and committed to create a new standard within the automotive industry. Your ideas, tools, and methodologies should be human-centered, systems-minded, and committed to envisioning and designing a new standard for the automotive and mobility industries.

What will you do?

Responsibilities:

  • Develop impactful user strategy and service design concepts while working as part of an interdisciplinary team of technologists, designers and strategists
  • Define and implement your preferred set of methodologies to shape groundbreaking user experience propositions, mapping dependencies, product horizons, front/back of house actors, technical enablers
  • Contribute to a positive culture of critique, growing your hard and soft skills and communicating clearly to team members, stakeholders and clients
  • Facilitating collaborative sessions with multidisciplinary teams and actively partnering with all relevant stakeholders
  • Support client organisations in the implementation of new services
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of value proposition definition, goal setting, prioritization and relevant success metrics

Who are you?

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Service Design, HMI, or Engineering or other related programs preferred
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in design and a fundamental understanding of service design
  • A passion to shape “The New Mobility”
  • Good understanding of user-centered design principles and strong strategic thinking
  • Knowledgeable in service design, comfortable with hands-on primary and secondary research, and familiar with agile-based software development practices
  • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business English required, German or Spanish a plus
