The service designer, in the Group Integrated Care (GIC) team, is responsible for the design work in the National Health Group’s transformational population health initiatives, aimed at improving the care quality, outcomes and value experienced by each person. The work is dynamic, with opportunities to work across a wide range of areas including product, process, engagement and digitalisation. The designer will be engaged in working with diverse groups and persons – health institutions and professionals across the whole cluster and the wider healthcare sector, as well as partners and residents in the community. There will also be opportunities to work and collaborate with other design professionals in the Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI).

Job Requirement

  • At least 2-4 years of work experience in the applied user research setting
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human-computer Interaction, Design, Human factors engineering
  • Creative problem solver and passionate about Healthcare Innovation and Design
  • Experienced in conducting qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Able to lead and conduct co-creation design workshops
  • Keen learner in or familiar with advanced / emerging complementary disciplines (e.g. Behavioural Science, Service Design, or Content Design).
