Lead the end-to-end service design process, from research and ideation to implementation and evaluation
Conduct user research activities, including interviews, observations, and journey mapping, to understand user needs and pain points
Create prototypes and service blueprints to visualize and communicate service concepts to stakeholders
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, marketing, and operations, to align service design initiatives with business goals
