Service Designer

Your tasks will be:

• creating an integrated concept of user experience and care for continuous improvement through continuous development cycles,
• design and testing of prototypes of excellent user services in cooperation with internal experts in order to provide an excellent user experience,
• conceptual design and implementation of marketing research to obtain objective qualitative information as an aid in decision-making,
• support to the Product Manager in defining a clear vision of the service, taking into account all aspects of the product – the capabilities of the organization, the wishes of users and available technology,
• cooperation with various experts in the design of solutions and strategic proposals for quality service,
• comprehensive understanding and clear presentation of service implementation concepts that optimally meet the needs of users as well as system requirements and business aspects,
• working closely with planners and designers of the user experience, in order to meet the needs of users,
• care for proper documentation of development.

We expect from you:

• at least 3 years of work experience in similar positions,
• VI. or VII. level of education in economics or technical field or other relevant education,
• English – fluent,
• knowledge of the principles of product development and related services,
• comprehensive understanding of the context of services from a business, technological and user point of view,
• knowledge of digital technologies and digital user behavior,
• knowledge of the basics of agile work,
• excellent ability to coordinate activities and tasks,
• analytical approach to problem solving and the ability to make quick decisions,
• ability to operate within limits,
• high level of communication, delegation and giving feedback.
