Service Designer

We are seeking a Service Designer for our client to join the Design Team and contribute to the Digital Adoption & Potential Message Hyperpersonalisation Projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in UX/UI design and service design methodologies, helping to create seamless and user-centric digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and UX/UI designers, to design and enhance digital services.
• Conduct user research, journey mapping, and service blueprinting to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Design end-to-end service experiences that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Utilize data and insights to create hyper-personalized messaging strategies for digital adoption initiatives.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business and technical constraints.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in service design, UX/UI, and digital transformation.

Key Requirements & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Service Designer
• Experience working on digital adoption initiatives and hyper-personalized messaging projects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of user research, journey mapping, service blueprinting, and design thinking methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations and innovative service solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• A portfolio showcasing previous service design and UX/UI projects.
