Service Designer

Key Job Responsibilities:

Understand both the digital, people and process-based system of services in the existing environment
Analyze and arrange identified interactions (including touchpoints) into rational user journeys within that service
Analyze failures, identify root cause(s) and opportunities for improvement within that service
Create prototypes and rapidly iterate proposed solutions that meets the project’s strategic business objectives.
Proactively collaborate with key product stakeholders on a regular basis to achieve strategic program objectives

Experience in communicating design solutions to both Design and non-Design-oriented stakeholders, both in-person and via virtual communication & collaboration tools
Built digital and physical eco-systems and has an interest and curiosity for technologies that will enable the user experience
A passion for products, design and people working in large multi-disciplinary teams

You have the following experience:

Proven project experience working within an Agile environment (preferably SCRUM)
Proven experience working in the financial services sector is preferable
A relevant qualification OR 4 years of experience in Digital Design or designing experiences for consumer products (building experiences in financial services is preferable)
A diverse work background that illustrates a technical, business and design mindset, would be advantageous.

Your toolbox will include:

Proven experience in conducting, collecting and analyzing ethnographic research
Service blueprinting/customer mapping
Facilitate and organize creative workshops, with the right stakeholder’s, to co-create solutions
Business model design
Comfortable using industry-related tools, such as: Miro, Invision, Figma, Sketch or Adobe suite
