Senior Business Developer/Service Designer

Your profile (Required)
• relevant university education in service design or similar.
• worked with service design for at least six years.
• experience of working with regions and municipalities in sub-regional collaboration structures within the inpatient care process to have a deep understanding of the challenges in the care chain transitions.
• knowledge of change management within a public complex management structure 
• knowledge of communication strategy 
• experience of creating processes in 2c8 in combination with impact mapping and service blueprint/service design.

Meritorious
• Competence level 5 with at least 6 years of experience in service design
• Experience of impact management
• Experience of working in change management
• Proof of knowledge in communication strategy
