Service Designer

We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in people and their needs. As a person, you are attentive, curious, empathetic and constantly return to the question why. You are flexible, can understand challenges from multiple perspectives and realize that nothing in a service designer’s everyday life is about you. At Forefront, you get to work in a team with visual designers, ux designers and developers where together you deliver value to our customers. Our customers are found in most industries, both in the private and public sector.

Description

With us, you will be part of Experience Design, where you will contribute to creating world-class user experiences. To help you, you get very competent design colleagues who are happy to brainstorm ideas, evaluate methods, analyze results or provide support before a workshop. Here you work closely with experienced colleagues who have broad competence in both strategy, design and technology. The business area is organized within management, which provides possible collaborations and development opportunities in areas such as business design, agile development, change management and business development.

Qualifications

We are looking for you as:

• Has a few years of experience in service design in various industries
• Has the ability to involve and engage customers, colleagues and users
• Driven by the opportunity to work in different types of project forms and environments
• Has good communication skills, verbally and visually
• Has experience with both qualitative and quantitative methods
• Has very good analytical skills

It is advantageous if you:

• Has experience in digital strategy or change work
• Has experience as a UX designer
• Has had a leading role in several service design projects
