Senior Service Designer

About the role
As a Senior Service Designer, you will work closely with stakeholders, product and cross-functional teams to address consumer challenges and drive business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Be the owner of the customer journey and identify areas of improvement by increasing efficiency for our parcel and delivery processes.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including internal and external users, to ensure a thorough understanding of their needs.

• Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to gain insights into customer experiences.

• Lead bigger cross-functional projects with a customer centric approach that will help our business grow.

About you

• Proven experience for a minimum 5 years in Service Design or UX Research.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your service design projects, including process documentation and outcomes.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles.
