Lead Service Designer

We are searching for a Lead Service Designer to be responsible for scoping, planning, and designing experiences and future concepts for solutions; engaging internal and external stakeholders to connect all pre-sales workstreams, transformational pitches and proposals; and building the overall approach for enterprise-level client engagements in partnership with account executives and leadership.

You will be doing this in our beautiful space in the heart of Stockholm, where we invite clients in to co-create/innovate from insight to impact.

The ideal candidate:

• Leads service design projects and works with customers, business partners and staff to develop customer and business-centric concepts.
• Drive the development of innovative new services from framing business challenges to delivery.
• Produces a range of service design outcomes for different parts of the customer journey.
• Performs user research, map user experiences and customer journeys through blueprints, roadmaps, workflows, personas and scenarios.
• Use visual design to tell stories and bring a narrative to life.
• Prototype services to validate ideas and iterate upon them.
• Manage the client engagements responsible for documentation and presentations, at ease running workshops and facilitating design sprints.
• Customer/user-focused, with a positive and can-do attitude.
• Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together
• Expert practitioners in design thinking/human-centred design.
• Enthusiasm to learn and understand complex business technologies
• Experience with conducting market research,competitive analysis, user research, usability / desirability testing, A/B testing.
• Knowledgeable in value proposition design and opportunity sizing,
• Ability to adapt working in new multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience in working on a product or service launched in the real world.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
