We’re growing and now looking for an experienced Service Designer with strong communication and people skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to handle big amounts of data, to support our clients Volvo Busses in driving servitization and expanding their service offered around electric coaches with digital services and solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working as a service designer or eqvivilanent
• Mastering research projects (qualitative customer, market, trends scanning), storytelling, business acumen incl. business model design, service development, and testing.
• Foundational Service/Business Design methods and tools (experienced)
• Working from Research – Concept Development – Validation
