Senior Service Designer

We are now looking for a Senior Service Designer for our team and we believe that you are used to working  customer-centric and data-driven to establish and orchestrate a new way of working .

You will primarily work in the private segment and work closely with your colleague for the corporate segment, segment managers and analysts. You are responsible for your segment but often work in both. As a service designer with us, you work involvingly, exploratively and iteratively to understand the business’ goals, customer and employee needs, and the organization’s conditions. Based on our common marketing plan and goal picture of the customer experience, the insights and the problem understanding that emerges in the work, we lead and drive business development according to the design process.

Who are you?

To fit into the role, you have relevant academic education and solid experience of working with delivery while building a new way of working and team in parallel. You do not need to have worked as a service designer throughout your professional life, we see with advantage that you have done other things before, maybe you have built a company, been a management consultant or start-up mentor? Preferably experience from banking and insurance.

• Desktop research
• Qualitative in-depth interviews, quick-on-town, shading
• Quantitative analysis: that you can do some data analysis (for example pivot tables in Excell / experience of google analytics)
• Problem analysis and development of, among other things, customer insights and quantitative analysis
• Business case
• Idea generation
• Prototype production / trigger material
• Tests of concept
• Facilitation and education
• Presentation and storytelling
