Service Designer

Job description

You will work in both operational and strategic assignments. The work can consist of working with the collection of data in development processes, for example by leading workshops or through interviews. As a person, you need to dare to embrace uncertainty for longer periods because we know that quick solutions are not always the same as long-term solutions.

Through our systems approach to community service, we identify which actors have room for action and thus the conditions for change. In this way, we contribute to the change processes in which we enter. We often challenge conventional thinking, a bit like a critical but at the same time constructive friend.

Qualifications

Relevant academic education with an emphasis on design/behavioral design/service design or equivalent and at least three years of work experience are requirements.

To thrive with us, you must be confident in the basics of design practice and familiar with methods for exploring, understanding, developing and innovating. But you don’t stop there, you are also eager to develop your design practice further. We work based on the design principles where learning through action is part of the work. We do this by prototyping and visualizing and at the same time involve the users in the process.
