Service Designer

The team on the health and care administration’s HR staff is a happy group of 15 people with a good collaboration where we value each other’s skills and ideas. We are HR specialists, HR managers, payroll administrators, two unit managers and HR managers who work with different types of employer support for our managers both operationally and strategically. We work with value-creating HR that will lead to learning, contribute to development in the business and improved quality for the people we are for.

The role of service designer

In the role of job designer on the HR staff, you will be an important part of our journey towards a more sustainable working life and a more attractive employer. We are looking for you who want to be involved in leading and improving our development work and we especially want to strengthen our ability to work more need-driven and service-oriented. You will work in close collaboration with your colleagues on the HR staff but also close to our operations.

Your assignment will consist of working internally within the entire administration with development processes and user involvement linked to the issues we at the HR staff pursue. In addition to conducting exploratory and co-creative processes, holding workshops and developing a more user- and needs-driven approach, the assignment also includes developing our ability to create insights about our employees’ experiences and needs to jointly translate it into actual positive change.

The role also includes contributing to continuous and long-term learning. This may, for example, be about training the administration’s managers in user involvement or new ways of working.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have relevant academic education for the field or work experience that we consider to be equivalent. You have several years of experience of having worked as a service designer or in a similar role and you have good knowledge of innovation processes. To succeed in the assignment, you need to be confident in the service design methods and a knack for involving, visualizing and testing. We also believe that you are really good at translating service design into a practical and customized application. Of course, you are used to leading workshops and running creative processes.

As a person, you are communicative and we place great value on your ability to work together. You are outgoing and good at building trust with those you meet. At the same time, you are independent and persistent with a structured approach. We will attach great importance to your personal qualities.
