Service Designer

We are growing, have many different types of assignments and are therefore looking for more driven and passionate UX and service designers who want to work and develop in the role of consultant. For the role, you need to be able to independently deal with complex problems and challenges with our customers. You are a designer who loves to create good and empathetic experiences for the end users, both strategically and hands-on, through your practical efforts in the UX work.

Zington’s office is centrally located in Stockholm on Birger Jarlsgatan. We like to be seen in the office, but also want to give freedom so we work with a hybrid between the physical and digital in our own meetings.

In the future, we will probably work a few days a week remotely depending on what you, your customer and your supervisor have agreed on. Flexible is the word simply, where we have a pragmatic attitude with a focus on finding a solution that suits you, us and our customers.

When you are on assignment with a customer, you of course adapt your work to the customer’s policies (usually a hybrid variant) and we have a dialogue with the customer about how we handle it in the best way.

Note! We are not looking for sub-consultants, or partners. We are looking for people to hire who will be consultants with us here in central Stockholm.

Who are we looking for?

– You have at least 3 years experience of UX and / or service design, merit is more than 5 years.

– You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in UX, Interaction Design, Service Design or equivalent.

– You have a clear design process, which you can describe to us.

– You like to work cross-functionally and are passionate about creating a good user experience together with others.

– You have experience of working with agile teams. Merit: training in agile methods and SAFe

– You are good at communicating and explaining complexity in a simple and pedagogical way

– You have a good understanding of customer centering and can show examples of your ability to deliver good and customer-centered solutions

– Merit if you can lead other designers and take a role as team lead

– You want to work in a changing and flexible environment in the role of consultant.

– You should feel comfortable speaking Swedish & English in the workplace
