Service Designer

As a Service Designer you will:

• Lead the exploration of new products in a holistic manner, and use service design as a primary tool for making business decisions
• Collaborate with POs to see that products fulfil expectations of viability, feasibility and desirability
• Be the liaison between leadership team and product teams regarding viability of products
• Lead the work of researching, defining and visualising product concepts together with product teams
• Make lightweight business cases in concept work

We are looking for you who:

• Have a minimum of 3 years working as a Service Designer or management consultant or similar.
• Can set up a collaborative environment where alignment is reached
• through co-creation sessions, and where ambiguity is an opportunity rather than a show-stopper.
• Have skills to define requirements with the technical team through agile ways of working.
• Can understand and contribute to shaping the organization’s processes.
• Have experience in regularly presenting initiatives and design updates to various stakeholders.
