We are looking for a Service Designer to join the Design Team in our London or Stockholm HQ office . Together with UX Design, Design Research and Strategy, Service Design makes up Trustly’s fast-growing Design Team.

In this role, you will report directly into the Service Design Lead and contribute to growing Service Design capacity for Trustly globally. With a learning mindset and business perspective, you will champion the design and delivery of holistic, user-centric solutions, foster Design Thinking principles, and coach partners. In close collaboration with other designers, product owners, developers, and analysts, you will drive change and define the future of the Trustly Products and Services.

Some For Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Discover by planning and facilitating workshops. Ensure learnings and insights are documented and shared across the organisation to help inform the design of current, target, and future experiences.
  • Create user journeys to define touch points, pain points, opportunities, and relationships between personas.
  • Understand and contribute to shaping the organisation’s processes.
  • Develop clickable prototypes and other props to test concepts, prove or disprove hypotheses, facilitate co-creation sessions, and iterate.
  • Define requirements with the technical team through agile ways of working.
  • Set up a collaborative environment where consensus is reached through co-creation sessions, and where ambiguity is an opportunity rather than a show-stopper.
  • Regularly present initiative and design updates to various stakeholders.

Relevant experience

  • Experience working with Service and Business Design.
  • Experience working with established design teams and contributing to internal process improvements.
  • Proficiency with Customer Journey Mapping and Prototyping tools.
  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a Design discipline is helpful but not a requirement.
