CX, Customer Experience, is an offer within Redway with a focus on the customer experience and customer-driven change. CX is defined by the interactions and experiences customers have during their journey through the company or organization, from the first contact to becoming a happy and loyal customer.

We are looking for you who are inspired by contributing to change in small and large organizations. You think innovatively and understand how service design affects people and groups, processes, technology and business models.

As a service design consultant at Redway, you help our customers see the possibilities with the digital channels. You are given the opportunity to work based on customer needs and all the way from idea generation, analysis of business requirements, visualization of concepts, impact mapping, requirements investigation and development of interaction design at a conceptual level.

Your profile
• You have experience of analyzing customer needs and assessing business and business
benefits • You have experience of customer-driven service design and mapping customer journeys
• You have good experience of documenting products, processes and development projects
• You have good experience of requirements management and development of web and mobile services
• You have a great interest in the development of web, mobile and social media
• You have a genuine interest in the customer, understand the customer’s challenges and deliver with a strong customer focus
• You are driven by an inner entrepreneurial power and have the ability to take responsibility for your own delivery and time
• You are motivated by working proactively, building relationships and delivering added value to the customer
• You enjoy working in teams, either with us at Redway or with the customer
• You are driven to solve complex situations and can see alternative solutions and manage that conditions change during the project
• You have a good overall business understanding and can prioritize activities on an ongoing basis based on added value
• You have a desire to constantly explore new methods and techniques
• You can work freely in both Swedish and English in our customer assignments

Qualifications for:
• You have experience of working with data-driven analysis
• You have experience of agile development
• You have experience of the role as Product owner
• You have project management
experience • You have experience of, for example, design thinking, customer travel mapping, business model canvas
• You have experience of agile working methods / cross-functional work
• You have an interest in analysis and users’ experience of technology
• You have experience of complex organizations
• You have worked in a consulting role
• You have a relevant academic degree
