Service Designer

We are looking for a service designer who can be responsible for the entire process, from user research to UI design and user testing. We are looking for a service designer as our platform begins to develop outside only a web-based mobile-first system and we need someone who looks at the whole experience and not just the system, but the whole, whether it is our technology or other ways to get the job done. We see all our users’ challenges as our mission, where we simplify and increase the quality of care, regardless of how it is achieved. The role will involve close collaboration with our users, other employees and our expert advisors.

Our mission is to develop technology that simplifies and raises the quality of care in nursing homes, right now in Sweden but with international ambitions.

We do not build things for the sake of it, it should deliver real value, either by simplifying or raising the quality of care.

You will also be responsible for the graphic profile so experience in it is an advantage. We believe that you have worked for a few years and feel comfortable with the tools and craftsmanship. Most important, however, is your curiosity and your ability to dive deep and and truly understand the users, that’s what sets us apart, and you from the rest.

Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis with employment as soon as possible.

This job will include close collaboration with our users and the rest of the organisation and our expert advisors.

You will also be responsible for the graphical profile of the services so experience in graphical design is meriting. We see it that you probably have worked a few years, feel comfortable with the tools and the craft, but the key is your curiosity, your ability to dive deep and really understand the users, that is what sets us, and you apart from the rest.

Continuous selection and interviews with the aim to fulfil the position as soon as possible, likely after the summer.
