Service designers

As a service designer with us, you are responsible for mapping the flow, needs and reality of different target groups. Visualize and communicate customer insights and drive development and concept work. You are responsible for describing how the customer experience is held together regardless of channel, and together with our cross-functional groups, you participate in the strategic work to produce roadmaps and planning from start to finish. Your ability to visualize questions is of great importance in all different assignments.
The work involves many internal and external contact surfaces. We always work agile and in cross-functional development teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree and / or many years’ experience of similar tasks
• At least 3 years’ experience in service design and experience in mapping customer journeys
• Experience of leading all parts of a design thinking process. (ie everything from insight work and strategies to meetings / workshops and to present and visualize solutions and concepts for stakeholders and management groups)

Meritorious

• Experience of agile development
• Experience of working in larger organizations
• Experience of working in close collaboration with IT
• Experience of working independently in major development projects and running your own work
• Good knowledge of digital working methods
• Good knowledge of collaboration methods and building effective teams
• Experience of analyzing customer flows, customer needs and assessing business and operational benefits
• Good knowledge of Swedish because customer interviews in Swedish are an important part of the tasks
