Service/UX Designer

Your role is to join up all user touch points into a coherent experience that is functional and delightful, and delivers for both users and our business. You will be working alongside Product Managers and UX Designers. Some of your responsibilities: – Ensure consistency of experience delivery across all touch points from marketing through to product and (where possible) into the experience delivered by our partners. – Lead UX Research by supporting and enabling the UX Designers and Product Managers to research and experiment throughout their Product Discovery process. – Lead facilitation of workshops and other service design methodologies both internally and externally. – Work strategically to integrate partners on both sides of our marketplace in a way that delivers a seamless service experience and drives revenue. – Help integrate new partners and services into the Zmarta platform while maintaining a high and consistent level of service delivery.

We are looking for you, who is a natural problem solver that is used to thinking strategically, looking for the bigger picture with a business mindset. You have a genuine interest in understanding users and the ability to present a coherent narrative from multiple data points. We believe you: – Have 3-5 years of experience in Service Design and/or UX Research, preferably in the areas of finance services, insurance or similar. – Are skilful at running user research and have an extensive toolbox of methodologies to draw upon. – Have mapped many user journeys and are experienced in choosing and executing the right methods to do this. – Are structured in your way of working and proud to deliver with quality. – Are familiar with the cultures of both business and software engineering and can adapt your messaging for these markets. – Are fluent in both Swedish and English, particularly used to running research and workshops in Swedish.
