The Swedish eHealth Agency

About the service

In our role as a service designer, you will mainly work on ensuring a good user experience in our services and contributing to investigations to ensure feasibility and impact. In addition, you will work with change management and business development, facilitate collaborations, create visual and communicative material that supports understanding of complex technical services, and identify stakeholders and conduct surveys.

You work in cross-functional teams with IT architects, investigators and lawyers, for example. You also support development teams with system developers and testers, which makes this a role for those who like broad contact areas. You also have the opportunity to participate in both national and international networks.

You are part of the Digital Infrastructure department. We are responsible for building a digital infrastructure that will enable the exchange of information between organizations that deliver care and health-related services, as well as to patients. By improving the everyday lives of patients, healthcare professionals, pharmacies and social services, we work towards the goal of ensuring that every patient receives the best possible care.

About you

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with others and who likes to lead assignments or teams. You are comfortable in the interface between the user perspective and the business architecture and have the ability to build relationships with experts, architects, leaders and managers to understand business needs. You find it easy to analyze complex systems while being able to explain them simply using visualization. It is natural for you to take responsibility for your own work and you easily adapt to the situation you find yourself in.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • academic education in interaction design or systems science or equivalent work experience
  • at least five years of relevant experience working with service design methodology
  • good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage for the position if you have:

  • experience of working with digitalization in the healthcare, health or social care sector
  • experience of working in an authority
  • experience in collaborating with stakeholders and customers who will use digital infrastructure
  • Experience in organizational development with the aim of working more with the customer in focus.
