You choose the appropriate research method to identify and prioritize customer needs along the customer journey and to derive requirements from them.
You will bring diverse stakeholders together in workshops and bring products and solutions to life together with them. You act as the voice of our customers.
Your concepts impress with their simplicity and clarity with a focus on the essentials.
In usability tests and eye tracking studies, you check the quality of the individual solutions with users and derive the right next steps.

You have many years of experience in user-centered conception and service design, ideally in the digitization of complex processes in a regulated environment.
You use your excellent knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research as well as usability testing profitably.
You are a professional when it comes to service blueprinting and customer journey mapping.
You communicate skillfully and convincingly at different management levels and moderate workshops and specialist meetings with passion and confidence.
