Service Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out user research and analysis of processes and technical framework conditions as well as visualization of the results in user journeys, blue prints, etc.
• Create scope recommendations based on the findings of the research phase
• Creation of solution strategies in interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic view
• Accompanying end2end projects with a constant focus on the user
• Moderation of design thinking workshops and application of other human centered design methods

Key Requirements/Skills

• University studies or other further training in human centered design, interaction design or the like
• Relevant professional experience as a service designer, UX designer, solution designer or comparable position using modern design methods
• Experience and enjoyment of moderating comprehensive design thinking workshops or other interactive formats
• Co-creator, doer, customer fanatic, networker, design thinker, coach and entrepreneur in one person
• Openness, thirst for knowledge and a positive attitude as well as enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
