Your main tasks with us

• Conception, planning, organization of projects in the area of ​​experience design, service design and communication
• Planning and implementation of user research, development of ideas and concepts, creation and testing of prototypes and support in the implementation thereof
• Expansion and development of the experience and service design competence in the whole team
• Responsibility for the preparation of budgets, budget control and the corresponding closing
• Active support and advice for existing customers
