Senior Service Designer

Would you like to…?

• Research: Plan and manage design research, including qualitative research such as interviews, focus groups, and co-creation workshops with customers and employees.

• Collaboration and Communication: Exhibit strong collaborative and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.

• Visualization: Create detailed visualizations of designed services and spaces. Produce 3D and CAD renderings to visualize design concepts

• Presentation Skills: Structure and deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders of varying functions and levels.

• Workshop Facilitation: Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions to gather input and drive design processes.

• Spatial Design: Ability to produce spatial design recommendations is preferable.

We would like you to have…

• Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience in service design or related fields.

• Education: Degree in Architecture, Service Design, or related fields.

• Service Design: Proficient with service design and design thinking tools and methodologies.

• Agile Processes: Experience with agile methodologies, SCRUM, and product development is a plus.

• Architecture and Interior Design: Strong background in architecture and interior design with a solid understanding of architectural foundations.

• Industry Experience: Background in financial services or a similar industry is desirable.

• Language: Bilingual in Thai and English.

• Tools: Ability to work with design software and collaboration tools such as Figma and Miro
