Service Designer

Job Objective: 

As a Service Designer at Droppie, you’ll develop new propositions based on customer data. You’ll lead research projects from start to finish, inspire both customers and colleagues, and ensure that our insights actually lead to change and improvement. You’ll ensure that we don’t just measure what people do, but above all, understand why. You’ll use insights from quantitative and qualitative research and translate them into our propositions and app features.

What will you be doing?

• Developing research strategies that meet the needs of our customers and partners
• Leading qualitative and quantitative research projects, including planning, execution and delivery
• Interpreting research data and translating it into clear, strategic insights and recommendations
• Identifying opportunities to optimize our methods and processes
• Developing new propositions based on customer need

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience in (market) research, data analysis or consultancy
• You think analytically and strategically and can translate data into concrete actions
• Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for quality and deadlines
• You communicate convincingly – in text and presentation
• Familiar with tools such as SPSS, R, Python or Power BI (advantage)
• Proactive, curious and always looking for ways to improve things
