Service Designer

As a Service Designer, you not only create opportunities to help our customers even better, you also ensure that they are implemented, you:

• Conducts in-depth research to understand customer needs and behavior.
• Visualize and improve the service experience with blueprints, customer journey maps and other methodologies.
• Develop your design deliverables, such as concept designs, prototypes and implementation plans.
• You organize and facilitate Service Design Thinking processes and workshops for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop your strategies based on customer needs and market insights to improve services.
• Set measurable goals to monitor the impact of improvements and make adjustments if necessary.
• You stimulate the digital transformation by actively promoting design methodologies.
• Explores your technologies and methods to innovate services.
• Spread the principles of Service Design Thinking and take them to the next level.
