Your role

You will quickly develop into a Service Design expert and become a valuable team player within Koos. As a consultant you will work on many different projects and learn the different tools and methods. Within Koos you will discover where your interests lie and help build the organisation.

Project content:

• Set up and carry out exploratory research to discover customer needs
• Analyse qualitative insights and substantiate them with quantitative data
• Visualize and process the insights into an appropriate model (customer journey, tension model, personas etc.)
• Make ideas tangible and translate them into concepts
• Carry out experiments to test concepts
• Devise next steps and advise the client on the way to implementation
• Facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders
• Report and present results to the client

What we’re looking for

• You have a relevant degree and/or 0-3 years of working experience (think creative studies, technical studies or social sciences)

• You trust the design process, and have experience with facilitation

• You keep your head cool, put things into perspective, learn from mistakes and are good at planning your own work
• You communicate convincingly, to the point and visually
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Id/Ai) is an advantage
• You are located in the Netherlands
