Junior Service Design Consultant

Your Role

You quickly develop into an independent professional and valuable team player within Koos. From your first working day you will be given a lot of responsibility and you will immediately start working for our customers together with colleagues. You facilitate and coach the customer through the design thinking process, train and advise so that ideas become tangible and come to life. As a junior you will work on many different projects and you will master the different tools and methods. Within Koos you will discover where your interests lie and help build the organization.

Project content:

• Set up and conduct exploratory research to discover customer needs
• Analyzing qualitative insights and substantiating by means of quantitative data
• Visualizing and processing the insights into an appropriate model (customer journey, tension model, personas, etc.)
• Making ideas tangible and translating them into concepts
• Conducting experiments to test concepts
• Devise next steps and advise customer on the way to implementation
• Reporting and presentations to the customer

• Relevant diploma and/or work experience (think of creative courses, technical courses or the social sciences)
• You are analytical and can easily draw the common thread from a story

• You trust the design process, and you have experience with facilitation
• You can empathize with the situation and feelings of others, by actively listening and questioning you are able to understand customers
• You keep a cool head, put things into perspective and learn from mistakes and you can plan your own work well
• You communicate convincingly, to the point and visually
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Id / Ai) is a plus
