Junior Service Designer

As a Junior Service Designer / Business Analyst you will play a key part in building and improving the services we offer our customers and partners.  Providing a bridge between business and technology domains, helping to identify valuable opportunities and support the product owner vision.

You will be expected to:

• explain design decisions, work collaboratively and have responsibility for a service
• work independently after being given direction by more senior designers
• independently identify user issues and important needs

The Process and Project Unit (PPU) aims to achieve customer success and deliver service excellence through proactivity, efficiency, focus and by challenging the current state. Our mission is to steer business change, ITS demand and process improvement to increase efficiency and performance within the Atradius Group.

 In this position your key responsibilities will be:

• Improving of Atradius customer experiences, identifying issues and opportunities to improve for services for customers and partners
• Facilitate shared understanding of key issues, communicate and market solutions and propose change
• Elicit, document and manage requirements using industry best practices
• Liaise with stakeholders and manage expectations in line with the different project deliverables and priorities
• Provide stakeholders with additional support, providing documentation to explain processes that the business can understand and relate back to our customers
• Help create training material in line with the requirements that have been specified

   Other qualifications:

• Service Design is a relatively new role, so candidates can demonstrate at least 1 year working in a relevant role within any of the following:
  • 1.        product development
  • 2.       digital marketing
  • 3.       business analysis
  • 4.       data science & research
• Advantage to have worked in Credit insurance, insurance sector, financial services.
