Junior Service Designer

As a Junior Consultant you support customers in transforming data into value, for the company and for a better world. You identify opportunities at the interface between business and technology. In our multidisciplinary project teams you will contribute to projects for top companies in various sectors.

You have knowledge of consultancy, affinity with data and a passion for improving the world. You are flexible, not afraid to make decisions and a go-getter. In summary, your main duties and responsibilities are:

• Identifying the data issues of our customers

• Preparing and facilitating customer workshops

• Devising and initiating technological solutions and strategies.

• Translating stakeholder needs to the data team for development, for example through concepting and CJM’ing.

• Supporting the data team during development, for example as a product specialist or UX/UI researcher.

Requirements

Essential:

• Master’s degree in technology, business or design.

• Affinity with data

• High analytical skills and a creative thinking process.

• Comfortable working in a startup environment.

• Good communication skills (verbal and PowerPoint)

Desirable

• Familiar with design tools, such as guiding co-creation workshops

• Relevant experience with data science

• UX/UI design (e.g. Illustrator, Sketch, Figma)

• Knowledge of Sprint’s methodology
