Service Designer

We’re seeking a passionate and innovative Service Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Service Designer at PackBack, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of packaging reuse across Europe. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to research and design seamless and intuitive experiences for our customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Your day-to-day

– Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.

– Collaborate with engineers, and designers to translate insights into actionable

design solutions.

– Develop journey maps, wireframes, personas, and service blueprints to visualize and

communicate end-to-end experiences.

– Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.

What’s in your backPack?

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Machine Interaction, or a related field.

– 3+ years of experience in service design, UX design, or a related role.

– Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

– Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and

impact.

– Demonstrated experience in successfully launching a product from inception to

market

– Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

– Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced industry and within dynamic

organizations.

– Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently.
