You will quickly develop into an independent professional and valuable team player within Koos. You will facilitate and coach the client through the design thinking process, train and advise so that ideas become tangible and come to life. As a consultant you will work on many different projects and learn the different tools and methods. Within Koos you will discover where your interests lie and help build the organization.

Project content:

• Set up and carry out exploratory research to discover customer needs
• Analyze qualitative insights and substantiate them with quantitative data
• Visualize and process the insights into an appropriate model (customer journey, tension model, personas etc.)
• Make ideas tangible and translate them into concepts
• Carry out experiments to test concepts
• Devise next steps and advise client on the way to implementation
• Report and presentati to the client

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Id/Ai) is an advantage
• You are located in the Netherlands
