Service Design Intern

What are you going to do?

We provide various technical services in and around the house as a B2B2C company in the Telecom and Energy sector. As a Service Design intern you will help one of our teams improve an existing service or develop a new service. You will do this by bringing people, processes and technology together from a customer perspective. For example, you will conduct research into the use and experience of our current services. You visualize the outcomes and facilitate the next steps: coming up with new ideas and converting them into testable prototypes, making Guidion even more customer-oriented.

Who are you?

You are working on your Master Strategic Product Design at a Technical University. You have chosen this Master because you are analytically strong and know how to systematically analyze complex problems like no other. You are a researcher through and through and know how to bring people together. first you do research and gather all the information you need, you know how to convey that information like no other and finally you get everyone along with your boundless enthusiasm. You put the theory found into practice, so that Guidion can really do something with your research results.

What does your day look like?

09.00 – Listening in with the Service Desk to properly understand the needs of our customers
10.10 – Daily
11.00 – Schedule customer interviews
13.00 – Prepare Customer journey session
14.00 – Customer journey session
16.00 – Visualize and develop results of the session
