Service Design Intern

We are very much looking forward to welcome a new intern to our Rotterdam based consulting practice, where we combine business impact, customer insights, sustainable futures & organisational capabilities to design great services for customer experiences and innovation. Over the last 19 years we have pioneered service design and made a difference for customers and organisations. We merge creativity, design, research and consultancy to help organisations deliver a great customer experience and achieve tangible business results.

Due to the current Covid situation, we assume the internship will be remote for the most part. Please be aware of this!

Who are you?

• A student, completed a bachelor
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Available for minimum 4, ideally 6 months
• Graphical talent
• Bright mind
• Design thinker
