Service Design Internship

For our office in Amsterdam, we are looking for an internal Service Designer from February 2021.

What are you going to do?

As an internal Service Designer at Essense, you work on (digital) services in the context of the entire customer experience. Our work is holistic, it contributes to the customer’s business and goes beyond ‘just beautiful’.

As an intern at Essense, you will be part of the team and we will work together on new service concepts and propositions. You will learn more about how you can focus on the needs of the customer, and how you can match this need with the needs of the business.

Are you interested in carrying out a graduation assignment under our guidance? That is also possible!

Who are you?

• You are now engaged in  HBO / WO education in service, industrial, or interaction design.

• You enjoy mapping out all insights around the customer experience.

• You are able to provide insight into existing knowledge with your analysis skills and to translate it into new opportunities and concept solutions with your creativity.
• You are strong in your communication skills, both in writing and speaking (Dutch and English)
