Service Designer

As a Service Designer you magically bring user needs, interaction objectives and

digital technology together in interaction and visual design. You are able to effortlessly brand experience and

customer experience and able to deliver pixel-perfect designs.

• Using the Design Thinking method, you will work with a structured approach for generating ideas. You research, observe, form ideas, experiment and evolve.
• You outline customer flows, create wireframes and test prototypes in user tests
• You take responsibility for interaction design under the guidance of our Service Design Director, working closely with our Brand Strategist and our Digital Growth Manager
• You translate brand and identity into strong visual design
• You combine interaction design and visual design into one comprehensive sprint-ready whole

You recognize yourself in this

• You have positive energy and bring joy and enthusiasm to what you do
• You are knowledgeable. That appears from
• Your completed HBO or WO training CMD or Interaction Design
• Your work experience, at least 2 years, as a UX/UI designer
• Your strong portfolio, from which your experience with responsive and sense of visual design speaks
• Your experience with Sketch, Invision and Adobe Creative Suite
• Your experience working with standardized interaction patterns and design systems
• You are not afraid to give your opinion and you know how to justify it
• You take your work seriously but look at yourself and the people around you with a wink
• You are not afraid to be authentic and appreciate this in others too
