Service Designer

As a Service Designer:

You initiate the development and implementation of complex groundbreaking propositions appropriate to personal financial fitness.
Are you a discussion partner for both MT and the multidisciplinary (design) team(s)
You are responsible for testing (new) innovation initiatives against the product vision;
You are responsible for identifying the challenges and opportunities that the changing world entails and translating these opportunities and challenges into new features and propositions;
You are responsible for challenging the product vision and roadmap of Geldvinder so that the right initiatives are taken and investments are made to achieve the strategic goals.
You strengthen the existing team in two areas: your broad experience in innovation methodology and your expertise in the execution of innovations.

Our ideal candidate:

Possesses excellent knowledge of Service Design methodology, as well as the seniority to easily understand complex matter and subsequently translate it into new initiatives for our roadmap and implement it.
Relevant experience in the field of innovation,
In-depth and up-to-date expertise on service design methodology
Demonstrable track record in design of new products, services and propositions up to execution.
The ability to provide objective and independent advice;
And above all: able to make an impact.
