The challenge
Digital transformation is at the top of almost every organization’s agenda. But in practice this turns out to be more difficult than expected. No less than 60% of digital transformation takes longer than expected or does not work at all. Sometimes there is a lack of insights that should get people moving, there is no clear starting point, there is a lack of the right expertise or it is simply too difficult to make a choice.
As a Medior Service Designer you help organizations to take important steps towards that transformation by discovering, mapping and actually improving the end-to-end experience of the end user(s). With this you make the (partly digital) products and services consistent and we create a coherent customer experience. You work for one or more clients. This means working with teams and determining and achieving deliverables.
Structural attention to service design is essential for our customers in achieving their objectives, whether this is a public or commercial organization. You work together with your team members to further develop the associated ideas and approach, and to deploy them successfully with measurable impact.
You enthusiastically expand the service design proposition and you also contribute to the further growth of our Digital Experience Design (DXD) practice, the Business & Process Transformation area and Ordina as a whole. Customer focus and entrepreneurship are crucial here. You work together with the customer, your own cross-functional team and with the Sales & Delivery organization.
