Service Designer

What are you going to do?

• Carrying out consultancy projects in the field of service design, innovation, organizational development and strategy development from A to Z.

• Facilitating sessions.

• Contribute to projects in the field of creation and communication through (user) research and concepting/prototyping.

• Assist in acquiring new consultancy, innovation and service design assignments.

• Further develop our consultancy proposition and services and our team.

Who are you?

• You have between 5 and 10 years of experience in a similar position.

• You have university work and thinking level and you have excellent communication and analytical skills. A university degree in Industrial Design is an advantage.

• You are curious, inquisitive and enterprising.

• Design thinking processes and methodologies hold no secrets for you.

• You have experience in advising clients and facilitating creative sessions and workshops.

• Experience and skills in the field of (live) visualization is an advantage.

• You can work with Adobe Creative Cloud.

• You have experience in making quotations and customer proposals.

• You speak and write Dutch fluently.
