Service Designer

As a Service Designer you work directly in our consulting team. You support our customers in identifying their needs and use design tools to make these needs concrete for our development team.

Tasks and responsibilities:

– Preparing and executing co-creation workshops with our customers

– Designing digital solutions together with the customer

– Use design tools to translate customer needs (concept designs and customer journey maps)

– Support our development team during development

Requirements:

Essential:

– Available for a minimum of 4 months.

– WO bachelor or master in the field of sustainability, design or innovation.

– Experience with design toolkits, for example customer journey maps & co-creation workshops

– Great visualization skills in Adobe environment (or similar)

– Good communication skills (verbal and PowerPoint)

Desirable:

– Relevant experience with data science

– Knowledge about sustainability reporting

– Experience in guiding workshops

– Experience building UI/UX
