Designer, your impact will:
- On 7000+ Deloitte employees;
- Inform the product strategy with your work and shape the products that are released;
- Add to the pipeline and the projects this team picks and works on;
- Influence Executives and Senior Leadership on Employee Experience.
What you offer
- Proficiency in human centered methodologies and/or service design methods
- Empathy & advocacy for the employees (users)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, as needed

- Persuasive storytelling and “selling insights”
- Stakeholder management
- Designing service and product experiments ranging from pilots to quick & dirty

- T shaped profile – we love them!
- Experience in running longitudinal user research and empathy programs
- Workshop facilitation and co-creation
- Quantitative analysis
- Understanding of Lean / MVP and agile methodologies
- Understanding of Product Design
